First Supply is an Education Recruitment company with a difference; we supply teachers and Teaching Assistants for Special Needs students. We work with SEN schools and mainstream schools helping to support some of the most vulnerable students in the Education system. We believe that by concentrating solely in this field we can give the best service to our schools and our supply staff.
All our office staff have experience in a School environment and in particular with Special Needs students. We do not work on commission so are dedicated solely to help do the best for our supply staff and schools.
We understand the school environment and also realise that a new staff member needs to have the relevant skills and experience with students but also be able to get on well with peers and fit in with the School Ethos. It is of utmost importance to us to try and get that correct fit every time we place a candidate in a school.
First Supply Ltd provides staff on a daily, long term and permanent basis. We are flexible in our rates and a friendly and efficient member of staff is in the office Mon – Fri, from 7am – 6pm, to answer any queries you may have.
